The role of the City of Darebin Art Collection is to inspire, inform, engage and connect the community in an appreciation of the visual arts and local heritage, and to support artists in their endeavors to contribute to a vibrant municipal culture.

This project involved designing a museum standard front and back end collection management system, moving the organisation from spreadsheet to a web server, with public and private access.

All facets of the museum logistical work flow were analysed and built from the ground up to foster a positive user experience with practical management outcomes.
